Lancaster, PA

HIGHLIGHTS: Welcome to the Elizabeth Flat by The Fahnestock Collective in downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This third-floor space is full of character, originality, thoughtful amenities, and comfort. The house was built in the 1880s and has been lovingly and authentically restored, emphasizing quality over quantity and purposefully using storied objects as the finishing touches for the space.

A shared staircase leads guests up to the Elizabeth Flat. High ceilings and original windows invite light in, creating a warm and comforting atmosphere. Restored elements create a vintage yet modern feel and one-of-a-kind experience you’ll want to repeat. Old wood floors give the space warmth and creak under your feet. Lime-washed walls plus furnishings, which have been collected over time, create an intentional space. Marble tile and an original corner sink in the bathroom create harmony with the luxurious finishes.

An efficient and well-stocked kitchenette features a full-size stove, a mini-fridge stocked with local brews, and a window bar with stools overlooking the neighborhood. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with an antique brass headboard along with a luxe linen duvet that will tempt you to stay in bed all day.

GREAT FOR: couples, city lovers, historic home enthusiasts
