Traverse City, MI

HIGHLIGHTS: Martin House is an early 1900’s farmhouse that has been adapted to a modern rural lifestyle; unfussy yet romantic. Only a fifteen minute drive from the shops, restaurants, and small-town theaters of downtown Traverse City, the home offers a private, tranquil space for you and your friends and family to gather and relax.

The space comfortably sleeps six people, as there is one queen bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and an additional two twin beds in the open loft area. The main bedroom boasts a soaking tub and small sink while the main floor bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen offers a large farmhouse style sink, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.

Set on a beautiful one-acre lot, the outdoor spaces of the property feature a large garden, fire pit, detached private game room, a historic barn, tree swing, hammock, and open access to the TART bike trail.

Whether the sun is glimmering on the shores of northern Michigan or the fresh-water waves have been caught in ice, Martin House’s location offers prime access to the raved-about food, farms, beaches, slopes, and trails of Traverse City.
